Distributor applications

When you apply, FilmHub receives the business and contact information you submit. We use it to review your application and respond to you. Application records are available to authorized FilmHub staff. We retain applications, including declined or incomplete applications, until FilmHub deletes them. You can contact us to request removal.

Store accounts and purchases

This website connects to Shopify to display products and prices, keep your cart, and sign you in. For distributor accounts, we use your authorized company location to request the applicable catalog and prices. Payment is completed in Shopify checkout. See the store privacy policy for information about shopping and account data.

Site storage and service providers

We use cookies to maintain your cart and sign-in, and browser session storage to remember your catalog filters. Vercel hosts this website. Supabase stores distributor applications and supports staff access and document storage. These services process information needed to operate the site.
